My Family
In 2021, I transitioned careers from college basketball coaching to prioritize being a dedicated husband and father. I've been happily married to Linaya for over a decade, and together, we share the joy of raising our two boys, Bayne (5) and Westin (3).
Our home is Northern Indiana/Southwest Michigan, where both my wife and I feel rooted and connected.
Why The Podcast
With 11 years on the college basketball courts and now three years as a commercial insurance agent, my journey has been diverse. Yet, my constant focus remains on understanding what makes great leaders.
From early on, I've sought success imprints in both sports and business. Exploring the DNA of accomplished individuals, I've found that paths to greatness exist; it's about being willing to tread where others hesitate.
In our community, abundant leaders await discovery for those committed to the search. Drawing parallels between experiences, I'm guided by the essence of leadership that transcends my varied career.
